Calligraffiti Workshop with artist Calimaat El-Bedouiné
Day 1
On the first day of the workshop there will be an introduction to Calligraffiti & Theories of Islamic Calligraphy, Graffiti and Street Art (from where it comes, how to use it, etc.). In addition to the introduction, the participants will learn how to use Calimaat’s tools and their own font method. At the end of the day, the goal is to develop a design or the self-developed calligraphy lettering, and take it with you at the second workshop day.
Day 2
The second and last day of the workshop will serve to create the parallel between the paper and the wall. This means that all participants take their designs with them and convert them to the wall.
